Christian Business Coach & Mentor to Christian Coaches

Building a simple, biblical business that actually feels like you

Hey coach đź‘‹

If you’re a Christian coach, you probably started with a deep passion to help people. You’ve got gifts, skills, and life experience that clearly set you up to make a real impact.

But somewhere along the way, as you tried to build “a real business”…

- You listened to what the world says about marketing, funnels, and sales
- You tried to follow complex strategies that didn’t really fit you
- You maybe even hired a coach, got “results” on paper, but felt a disconnect in your spirit

And now business feels heavy.

Not because you’re lazy.

Not because you’re behind.

But because things aren’t lining up.

You feel that tension between a strong calling from God and a business that’s been built more by the world’s way than His way.
If that’s you, you’re who I’m here for.

I’m Kevin Weis, a Christian business coach and mentor to Christian coaches who want a simple, profitable, aligned business model that honors Jesus and actually works.

I Know Both Sides of This

I’ve been in the coaching industry for over 11 years and I’ve built four different coaching businesses.

On the “world’s way” side, I:

- Pushed too hard and sacrificed too much
- Used hard sale tactics that “worked” but didn’t sit right in my spirit
- Built big, impressive things that ultimately weren’t me

I even hired a coach who helped me get great financial results…
but I had to cut the relationship off because:

- I didn’t resonate with him as a person
- I didn’t resonate with his process
- And the way he got results didn’t align with my faith or values

I know what it’s like to look around and think:

“Everyone says this is what it takes to succeed…
so why does it feel so off inside?”

I also know what it’s like on the other side:

- A business that’s aligned with your calling
- Sales and marketing that feel like ministry, not manipulation
- A simple model that’s profitable, peaceful, and sustainable
- Working 20–25 hours a week, with time and presence for your family

That shift for me came during what I call my 40 months of fire... a season where our second child was on the way, health issues hit, finances got shaky, and I lost my biggest source of income two weeks before the baby was born.

In that place of “God, I have no idea how this is going to work,” I went back to the gospels… not as a personal growth book, but as a business book.

I asked:

“How did Jesus actually build things?
How did He communicate?
How did He invite people into transformation?”

That’s where The Contrarian Way was born.

The Contrarian Way: A Simple, Biblical Pattern for Your Coaching Business

What I saw in Jesus’ life was a pattern in how He spoke to people and how He changed lives.

Belong - your marketing
Believe - your sales
Become - your delivery (offer + discipleship)

It’s the same pattern I now use to build and mentor Christian coaches into simple, aligned businesses.

Belong - Your Marketing

“Belong” is the way you create belonging for the people you’re called to.

Instead of chasing trends or hype, your message begins to sound more like a shepherd’s voice:

- Your content helps Christian coaches feel known, valued, and understood
- Your short-form posts pull people into your world
- Your long-form content (like YouTube) lets them actually spend time with you and build relationship

Marketing stops being about tricks, and starts being about calling your people by name.

Believe - Your Sales

Most sales training teaches you to:

- Manufacture desire
- Overcome every objection
- Corner people into saying yes

I don’t see Jesus doing that.

In The Contrarian Way, your “sales” process becomes more like The Sermon on the Mount:

- You contrast the old way vs the new way
- You clearly show, “This is the narrow path I’m inviting you to walk”
- You give people the information and space they need to make a discerned decision

My perspective is simple:

This person is a soul, not a sale.

So instead of pressure, you offer invitation.

Instead of forcing a yes, you trust that they know their life and that the Holy Spirit can lead.

I do this through what I call my Mountain Message - a Bible-shaped way of presenting the path I’m inviting coaches into, without high-pressure calls or manipulative tactics.

Become - Your Delivery

“Become” is where your offer and delivery come into alignment with how Jesus discipled people.

Jesus didn’t just preach a big message and disappear. He invited people to:

“Follow Me… and I will make you…”

Closer proximity.

More access.

More transformation.

In your business, that looks like:

- A simple, discipleship-focused offer instead of a maze of random programs

- Actually walking with your clients instead of delegating them to someone they never signed up for

- Structuring your delivery so there are:
  - Immediate wins (quick clarity, next steps)
  - Ongoing support (calls, community, real relationship)
  - Lasting assets (frameworks, wisdom, ways of thinking they’ll use for life)

When you build this way, your clients aren’t just buying sessions.

They’re walking a way that reshapes how they do life and business.

What Tends to Change for Christian Coaches Who Walk This Way

Every tree has fruit.

Here’s some of the fruit I’ve seen in my own business and in the coaches I mentor:

- Peace – You stop feeling slimy about your marketing and sales. Your conscience is clear.
- Profit – With a simple, leveraged model, you can be a one-person business with healthy margins.
- Purpose – The tension between calling and business begins to break. Things finally feel aligned.
- Presence – You’re no longer scattered by a thousand tactics. You can be present with your family and present with your clients.

I’ve watched this framework work across many different niches and income levels:

- A travel blogger who went from $10–12k/mo to $76k/mo with a simpler, aligned offer.
- A life coaching company that used this model to create a single core funnel and had a $1.17M month, and continues to generate hundreds of thousands a month.
- A business coach for stay-at-home moms who clarified her message and offer and made $20k in a month from her email list, while still homeschooling and traveling with her family.

Some coaches want to build to six figures.

Others are at multi-six or seven figures and want to simplify.

The common theme: they’re done with the world’s way and ready for a biblical, contrarian way that actually feels like obedience.

If You’re a Christian Coach and This Resonates…

You really do have a decision to make.

You can keep:

- Building by the world’s playbook
- Carrying that low-grade misalignment
- Hoping that “when I hit the next revenue goal” it will finally feel better

Or you can explore The Contrarian Way:

A simple, biblical model for your offers, marketing, and sales
that leads to more peace, profit, purpose, and presence.

If you want to see how I build and mentor Christian coaches around this model, your next step is simple:

Watch the video below.

It’s a short, Bible-rooted breakdown of this entire way of doing business as a Christian coach. If, after watching it, you feel like:

- You connect with me as your person, and
- This way of building sounds like the path God might be highlighting for you…

Then you’ll be able to reach out, ask your questions, and make a well-informed, discerned decision about mentorship.

No pressure. No hard closes.

Just clarity, invitation, and space to hear from the Lord.

You’re not crazy for wanting a business that’s simple, biblical, and aligned.

You’re just ready to stop building the world’s way.

And if you’re a Christian coach who feels that, then you’re exactly who I’m here to mentor.
